Multipotentiality is to understand and embrace as something positive the fact of having multiple hobbies, passions and interests. For me, it has been key to not judge myself and accept myself as I am in this specific category. It has been important to accept that I will be constantly changing ideas and projects, and that this is okay. Identifying this label has brought me peace of mind in knowing that I can leverage my constant changes to my advantage. One of the ways I have leveraged multipotentiality is by working on my personal brand, creating a consistent narrative to accompany my changes and evolutions. In addition, I have used my constant desire to learn to develop different businesses and projects, such as this podcast. However, multipotentiality also has its challenges, such as the tendency to start and leave projects half done. To overcome this, it is important to identify why we abandon projects and work on overcoming those roadblocks.
